cancellation and refunds Policy
- Refunds for all valid returns or cancellations are granted using the payment method used at the time of purchase, except for cash payments made using the Cash on the delivery form of payment.
- You will not receive cash refunds as a result of a card sale.
- In case of cancellation of the order, we may deduct 2% of the original payment, which is nothing but the transaction fees that we are bound to pay per every transaction.
- In case of a refund, we may deduct 5% of the original product.
- Refunds to third-party accounts are not possible. The name on your account should match the name on your bank account.
- Refunds will be issued only in the case of legitimate and trackable cancellation or return requests produced by you by clicking on the cancellation button in the user’s dashboard in your account.
- No refund request for cancelled or returned orders will be accepted if made by the client more than 6 months after the date of cancellation or return.
